Website purpose
This website presents product directions and supports business inquiries. It is not an online store and does not create an order, price commitment, inventory reservation or delivery commitment.
Product information
Product availability, specifications, customization, minimum quantities, documentation, pricing and timing are confirmed in writing for each opportunity. Website content may change as sourcing and product reviews progress.
Orders and agreements
Any transaction is subject to separate quotation, order confirmation, payment terms, shipping terms and other written commercial agreements. During the current launch stage, M-Landry Technology acts as Yardient's transaction partner for relevant contracts, invoices and payments. The legal entity identified in the applicable quotation, invoice or agreement is the contracting and payment entity for that transaction.
Intellectual property
Website text, identity and authorized media may not be reused without permission. References supplied in an inquiry remain subject to their owners' rights and do not establish authorization to reproduce a protected design.
